Administrative Assistant – Part-Time

A small company is currently seeking an Administrative Assistant. Hours will range from month to month depending on the pending workload.

Job Description:

The candidate will provide administrative assistance and internet research support. Responsibilities include but are not limited to performing general administrative tasks ranging from independent project research, to making phone calls as needed, to fulfilling the administrative requirements for travel and purchasing.


– Must be extremely organized and a self starter. Social media knowledge a plus.
– High School Diploma at a minimum, bachelor’s degree preferred.
– Working knowledge and access to the MS Office Suite: Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook.
– Must have a personal laptop or computer with access to internet and the above.
– Ability to conduct independent research a plus.
– Working knowledge of IT a plus but not mandatory.
